This Keys2Work Privacy Policy explains the policy of Keys2Work, LLC, regarding the privacy of information supplied by users of the Keys2Work Web Site or collected by Keys2Work from such users. Keys2Work does NOT actively disclose information to third parties as part of the normal operation of the Keys2Work Web Site. This Keys2Work Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and how this information is used. PERSONAL INFORMATION

As a user of the Keys2Work Web Site, our web server automatically recognizes the Internet address (and specific domain) from which you are using the Keys2Work Web Site. We explicitly request certain information about you during the registration process of Independent and/or Associated Individual Member. This information is logged and stored in our web server. When you become an Independent and/or Associated Individual Member, you also select an ID and password. In addition, after you sign a Keys2Work Consent to Release of Information or otherwise provide us with your WorkKeys® related information, your WorkKeys® scores and other information (including but not limited to your social security number) provided on the WorkKeys® Answer Folder is delivered to Keys2Work and retained in our Keys2Work Data Base. (WorkKeys® is a system of ACT, Inc. WorkKeys® is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. All WorkKeys® products and materials are copyrighted by ACT, Inc. Keys2Work is not affiliated with ACT, Inc.). For a fee, we match the data we collect on the Member with data we collect from Employers and other organizations having job and educational post-secondary opportunities to offer our Members. UPON YOUR REQUEST ONLY, Keys2Work will recreate a referral for the Member that is sent to the provider of post-secondary opportunities. The referral will contain information about the member, but in no case will contain social security numbers or raw assessment score data.

COOKIES

The Keys2Work Web Site may use "cookies" to store information about users and allow access to pages within the Keys2Work Web Site without the re-entry of user ID's and passwords. Keys2Work does not intend to use cookies to invade the privacy of users of the Keys2Work Web Site. Cookies may also track information about areas and/or pages of the Keys2Work Web Site accessed by our users. Other than storage of such information, cookies from the Keys2Work Web Site are not used for the purpose of accessing other information stored in your web browser and/or computer used to access the Keys2Work Web Site.

ADVERTISING

Keys2Work may also use information collected about our users for the purpose of improving the advertising services which we may provide on the Keys2Work Web Site. Keys2Work may also provide certain elements of AGGREGATE information to advertisers to improve their knowledge of the users of the Keys2Work Web Site. Keys2Work may receive remuneration from advertisers for such information. Any aggregated information may also be published and distributed in one or more Keys2Work newsletters and may be posted on the Keys2Work Web Site.

OTHER PARTIES

The Keys2Work Privacy Policy only outlines the use and disclosure of information by Keys2Work. We do not, and cannot, control the privacy policies of other parties once the Member opts to disclose information via Keys2Work, such as Employers, Sponsors, Resource Providers, Training Organizations or Schools. We also do not and cannot control the use of such information by such parties.

AUTHENTICATION AND SAFEGUARDS

Keys2Work uses certain standard efforts to authenticate users of the Keys2Work Web Site; however; our authentication relies upon the degree to which user ID's and passwords are adequately protected. Keys2Work does not guarantee the absolute security of the Keys2Work Web Site or the Keys2Work Data Base due to the nature of the Internet. However, we may use firewalls, encryption and other security measures to increase the security of the Keys2Work Web Site.
