The Keys2Work™ Implementation Team

David J. Mosey
Founder of the Keys2Work Program
Executive Director, Smart Futures

An award winning educator, salesperson, and entrepreneur with a passion for the Internet, he began creating online career development programs dedicated to helping close the gap between education and work.  Keys2Work was born in 1998 as a tool to help high schools and community based organizations close foundation skills gaps reported by employers nationally and identified by ACT’s WorkKeys® program.  After successful but localized implementations of Keys2Work nationally, he led the formation of Smart Futures as a vehicle for implementing innovative career development programs statewide.  Smart Futures’ key competencies are superb outreach, training, and program implementation planning and support.
